PokerStars Review
If you were to put forward the position that Poker Stars was the largest poker room online, it's quite possible that you'd win the argument with no contest. Traffic figures on this site are insane, and routinely exceed 100,000 players.
Additionally, many of the glitterati of the poker world are regular players at Poker Stars. On your average day, you could find yourself sitting across the table from players you've seen on TV, such as World Series of Poker winner Chris Moneymaker, or tournament champion Joe Hachem.
PokerStars Deposit Bonus
Poker Stars offers a very generous first deposit welcome bonus. When you sign up for your account, if you make a deposit of up to $600, the team at Poker Stars will double it.
PokerStars Network Skins and Software
Poker Stars achieved its massive traffic entirely through its own efforts, and has not joined any of the big poker networks. Nor does it need to, since its average daily traffic vastly outmatches even the largest networks out there.
The client software is super clean and efficient.
PokerStars Cash Games and Tournaments
With such massive traffic volume, the cash games are as thick on the ground as you could hope for. There is, however, still a significant volume of tournament play.
This takes two forms - either you can sign up for one of the myriad Sit and Go tournaments (and there is really no shortage of these), or you can take a look at the impressive tournament schedule. Poker Stars's tourney schedule is now legendary, particularly since it contains the Sunday Million - which does exactly what it says on the tin.

PokerStars Customer Support
At Poker Stars, support is offered via email only - there is no Live Chat or telephonic support, even for VIPs. With such a high traffic volume, you'd expect more options, but the email support turnaround is surprisingly fast - evidently they have a large support staff answering emails.
In our test, we fired off a fairly complicated question and received a concise and helpful answer within 45 minutes. Considering we were only expecting a response the next day, that's not bad.
PokerStars Rakeback
Poker Stars does not offer a direct rakeback program. However, you can get the equivalent of one by signing up for the Poker Stars VIP program. Simply sign up for Poker Stars using this link, and you'll start earning points which can be converted for either playing cash or cool items from the Poker Stars store.
The VIP club has multiple tiers, so you earn more rake back the more that you play.
